Yoga is not only positions to stretch the body, in fact this notion of yoga taught primarily in the US and around most of the world is totally incorrect information and understanding.
Yoga is a way to be fully, and completely present at this moment, with your whole body and all senses by feeling breathe and stretch in the body.
A session of only 30 minutes of actual yoga will have a profound lasting effect on your complete 24 hour day.
And done each day in this mindful way, it is easy to carry mindfulness throughout the day.
This unlocks the programmed structure of who you have been taught to think you are, and others are, and in short order will enable you to live fully in every moment always.
The Blissful state of awareness.
It is not the goal to be awake, it is the goal to be present, deeply present every day, every moment. In a way they are one and the same thing, but the difference in approach is where one is grabbing for something, and the other is being it.
It is never someone looking to go to yoga class who will be ready for this understanding. Most likely it is someone suffering from the conditioned awareness playing upon them.
I have no agenda to make a mark, as I know what is being done is in harmony, and I know if someone needs this and is ready, they will appear somewhere, even here where two posts suffice, to find the message needed to enter the gateway of the constant awareness. Zen
